*********** administration staff

My father-in-law passed away in May. He had one contract for both his and my mother-in-law's cellphones with Vodacom. We went to the Waterstone branch on the 7th of June where we requested in writing that they please cancel his cellphone number, but to keep my mother-in-law's number active. This was highlighted on the letter that was sent to Vodacom's administration centre. Vodacom promptly diconnected both numbers! Since then, we have made numerous phone calls and visits to the branch. The standard response from the staff at the branch is that they will email HQ. Obviously HQ's email isn't working or they are completely ***********? They are quick to sign you up for new contracts are clearly not capable of doing anything else? Apart from dealing with the trauma of loosing her spouse, my mother-in-law must now deal with this as well? Shame on you VodaFLOP. Case Ref ********** 9

Dear VodaFLOP.
Posting a reply but doing nothing further to resolve the problem doesn't mean anything. Fix the problem and then post your reply. I have forwarded the requested information to your "Escalation Service Desk" but haven't heard a word from them since.
Pathetic
