what a mission it was just getting through to cancellations dept!!!<br> eventually got through and come to know it that my contract only ends 14/09/2015 when i know i took out the contract ion the 2nd quater of 2013!!!<br> anyways, thats vodacom and thats why i am cancelling!!<br> i asked the consultant to send me the cancellation in writing and to add when will the last invoice and payment date will be and yes, no surprise, that wasnt included in the email!!!! <br> i really want out of this contract... its not the money, its the service and the way you get treated as a client!!!!
