As per previous report I got a call,and went through my fone setting as per their investigation with a guy by the name Ellister.so he adviced me to visit a Vodacom shop so they can do critical software update connecting via WiFi,so I visited Moruleng mall Vodashop to do the update.and I was assisted by a guy name Kanye who told they don't have WiFi at their shop an I shouldn't have waited so long before I come to them.even though I did went to their shop before an he said I must come later as he was busy by then.so he told me I must go to waterfall mall in Rustenburg which is about 90km from where I'm staying.im really disappointed with the service from moruleng mall vodashop and what makes it worse its the nearest to me.but I'm happy with Ellister's professionalism but I'm still monitoring my data usage
