***********

I changed from contract to prepaid and now, since 1Dec i have not connectivity, albeit i bought airtime! After hours on the phone, being cut off, referred to who knows who, promises, calls logged, visiting stores, etc. still no progress. I guess i am not important enough 'cause tbey make enough money elsewhere! I even get sms' s to evaluate their service! All i hv to do is reply with a free sms. What a joke as the sms fails. I tried to use the vodacom app but (haha) my no is apparently not registered on the network but hey, i received the sms... No one seems to know whete they stuffed up. So i guess i hv to go to mtn, telkom or cellc if i want to make phone calls in future. Service...? Well it is non-existent, useless and ***********!

Still no luck... I think it's goodbye Vodacom. Cannot say it was nice to be with you but hey after more than 15 years i'll be off to another more competent service provider that can hopefully provide me a service which Vodacom seems incapable of doing! Promises and nothing more.

This is a serious joke I'm sure. Vodacom is still making only empty promises. I still cannot make calls and still no one has conta cted me. So I have no choice - I a m leaving this useless company after many years of beng loyal to them (which obviously they don't care about at all). I'm very happy for Vodacom to make their billions which implies they don't have to care about me (after all a drop in the ocean). So I'll just move on - it shoud give them morre time to find ways of making more money and not having to spend the millions on customer care. So goodbye and have a nice Xmas!!

Oh, yes and one more thing - the airtime I bought that I could not use .... buy yourself a gift!

Hi Vodacom - Pleas close all calls related to my number. It is irrelevant now. I've moved to a competent service provider. The airtime credit that I have (that doesn't show on my balances) keep it and buy yourself a XMAS present. Goodbye
