Vodacom allowed ***** to be committed on my account by not properly doing RIKA. I have been struggling from about June last year to get this sorted out. A **** ID was used to upgrade my contract . Vodacom owe me money and late last year I was daily bombarded with phone calls and SMS's stating that I owe them money. I went into the VODACOM shop in Worcester Mall but to NO AVAIL. Each time the shop sent an E-Mail, I was asked to complete a survey and each time VODACOM said they would ESCALATE my problem--TO NO AVAIL. --HELP PLEASE
