Log a call with ref no :007V~VKGY and Donovan promised a R100 airtime as a Courtesy and unfortunately the airtime was not loaded I then later that day enquired about the airtime then Zinhle told me it was loaded on the 05th Duhhhh I asked her on the 5th what was the Airtime for since I had my R98 airtime that was loaded on the 1st from the stupid contract I had with you.then Saturday morning the Supervisor called and he coudnt even understand his story until I told him what to do which was to check from the 1st what happened to my airtime and when he saw that he promised to load the Airtime and to send me a confirmation email and call me before he knocks off at 15h30 hahahahaha none of that was done.

What you could teach your staff was not to make promises that they cant keep if they cant help they must refer the matter to someone competent that's all.
