Incompetense at Vodacom Tech Ops
My phone didn't want to go onto the internet anymore. I have tried everything to resolve the issue.

I took it to Vodaworld Midrand with the hope they could sort out my issue. The Technician who assisted me did exactly the same trouble shooting as me and 2.5 hours were wasted, The phone is to be booked in. To backup, I require a Memory stick.
4 days later and my phone is ready for collection. I am back at Vodaworld and the technician puts in my Sim and the issue wasn't resolved. The technician had to call his Supervisor to assist. The Supervisor changed my Sim with his sim and the phone picked LTE with in seconds. LTE settings were disabled and enabled by the supervisor, I should give it an hour then LTE should kick in. I had to go back to Vodaworld, paid for a new sim only to find out it wasn't required, the required network settings weren't activated.
thanx to Ronnie noticing that all settings weren't active. Ronnie should be working on Tech Ops, he is the only one who knows how to trouble shoot

summary:
108km travelled
R200 spend for Memory stick and new sim
200meg data used to install all apps
All this to get the phone to the standard where I can use it again
