Incompetency personified!!

Only Vodacom and its ***********, barely trained staff can harrass a client and forward threatening letters of demand after they themselves have confirmed the termination of the contract in question, on at least two separate occassions! If you and your employees are not fami**** with contractual law, I am and so is my family's leagal counsel, we will not shy away from edifying you. You people are tarnishing a reputation and name of someone who has taken decades to ensure that they have a good credit rating and contribute positively towards society, unlike you Vodacom. I expect someone to contact Mrs Maryanne Booysen before COB and apologize profusely for your error, incompetence and idle threats until such a time that she says it is enough. In addition I expect a public apology for the defamation of character, the incompetence and harrassment. Failure to do so will result in the Booysen family going to social media and/or printed media, and of course challenge your worthless letter of demand with the relevant legal bodies!
