INCOMPETENCY OF CALL CENTER

With Reference to my reviews on 15 Oct '18 & 13 Feb '19 - So Vodacom try to phone me twice on the 13th Feb '19 after 7PM while I was in a meeting. Marlyn from Vodacom HelloPeter left a message for me to contact the Call Center at 082 135 - the number that is not able to assist me as none of the people there know how to assist me. I have been phoning this number for the past 15 months and sometimes I get transferred to seven different people who still are not able to assist me... three weeks ago I contacted this number and the second person I spoke to, Maria, said she would lodge a request for the Credit Note, she then puts me through to the Rating Service where I am suppose to rate Vodacom's Service - which I am not able to do because my rating is lower than 0. Two weeks later I phoned 082 135 again to ask why I my Account is still in arrears and where is my Credit Note - spoke to a Patrick & a Prince and both were not able to assist me. Putting me through from one department to the other . . . so I disengaged the call as I am at work from 7:30am to 5:00pm and are not able to contact Vodacom and be pushed from one person to the other!!! On 14th Feb 2019 I did send an e-mail to the e-mail address Marlyn provided and yet to this moment of typing this review NOBODY has contacted me. ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU GUYS PROVIDE ME WITH A CREDIT NOTE FOR THE AMOUNT OF R149.00 FOR THE SERVICES THAT WAS CANCELLED JANUARY 2018 AND I HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR ON NOV/DEC 2018. The Call Center doesn't know how to assist with this type of request...There is too many departments and the one department doesn't know what the other is doing, And the people working at the Call Center doesn't know or understand what all the Departments are suppose to deal with...creates a massive problem as I am at work and cannot be on one call and explaining my situation to two or more people anymore- Every two to three weeks over a period of 15 months was enough.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
