Incompetency

I had a contract with vodacom that was suppose to be cancelled in January 2018. It was not cancelled due to arrears. On the 21 December 2017 I made a payment of R1922 for my account to be up to date. I'm now told by the agent that I was in arrears again of R1000 in January. My contract was R350/pm. In June 2018 I received a call from the agent saying I'm owing more than R2000 and my account is not cancelled and I'm going to be handed over to legal. I made the payment and call cancellation dept to request the contract to be cancelled, as I haven't used the contract number ********** 082 since 17 August 2017. In June 2018 I called cancellation requesting a them to cancel my contract since my account was up-to-date. The lady I spoke to at cancellation dept referred my call to Legal Dept. As she couldn't cancel from their dept. I couldn't get hold of them and I was promised by the lady the people from legal will contact me and cancel the contract. Even today I haven't received a call from Vodacom legal dept. Today I received the call from Vodacom saying that I owe more than R800. I haven't used the contract number ********** 082 for over a year. Why would I still wanna keep the contract.

I was now on the for 1:02:04 I'm been sent from pillar to post and noone is taking responsibility.

Please make sure that the contract is cancelled with in 24hrs. I seriously want nothing to do with Vodacom.
