Incompetency

I'm currently frustrated with Vodacom, I had a contract with then in 2012 if I'm not mistaken,in 2017 Jan I terminated the contact. Surprisingly when I app**** for my home loan it showed that Vodacom had listed me with ITC,when I foned to enquire what happened nobody could explain. I then started foning the call centre to try settle the account of which I did and I had requested a settlement letter which they had promised to e mail me.this was after foning the call centre more than 10 times. To my surprise the account is Stil current after repeatedly foning to request termination.all.of this could actually cause Me to loose my home loan due to.a.mere letter that nobody wants to write and e mail. Two weeks ago if not a week ago Vodacom sent me an email which they said it contains the settlement letter only to find its a quote. I'm.deeply hurt and disappointed in the network,call centre agents dnt seem.to know their story with inquiries it's just a mess.i am.going to ensure that none of my family members use Vodacom ever.
