Incompetencies from this Serice Provider

Around December 2015, a Vodacom gent called me and sold me a 3G ****le with 2GB on it each month. This came at a good price of R119 pm. I accepted the contract but with the condition that they cancel my current 1GB for R150 pm.

The ****le was delivered to me and the agent promised to cancel the 1GB contract as well.

The contract was never cancelled and up until this day it is still running. I poned in today to canel the ****le once again as they told me I can only cancel after Dec 2016.

When speaking to cancellations, they didn't even know what I was talking about and the person on the other end of the line kept putting me on hold, asking me to teminate the call obviously because he didnt know what he was doing.

I will be visiting a branch tomorrow and cancel all my things with Vodacom with immediate effect.

I pay a lot of money every month for this bad service. It is rediculous to say in the least.

Not happy with Vodacom at all and will never refer anyone to them again.
