Incompetence to the max

Dear Vodacom

Once again - you have failed to listen and acknowledge the claim that I have made & also to follow through on your word.

I urge you to please do the following: 1. Listen to the voice recording on your system - referring to my recorded voice call with your staff - ensuring that no further debit orders will be deducted. Ref: 1-**********1774 2. Refer to your previous message with reference 1-**********1774 - where you explicitly state that my contract ends 01-05-2021. How can you the charge me for another month of a contract that has expired? But guess what - I just received another notification from my bank that a debit order has been deducted for the value of R1138,99

I hereby LEGALLY demand a return of both the DEBIT orders that you have *******ly deducted from my account with interest accrued! 1. R1238.00 3 May (2021) 2. R1138,99 (1 June 2021) Total amount returnable R2376,99

I will take this matter further, as you are *******ly *****ing money from my account after I have cancelled my contract and received numerous reference numbers for these requests!

Please contact me on +**********0 as I am in Europe for the foreseeable future!
