Incompetence of Vodacom to resolve accout issues with incorrect transactioms on their side. Even their consultants giving me advice on how to handle this issue and to look at alternative solutions.

I oredered an Samsung Note 9 on a new contract which was then telephinically confirmed. I said that I will pick up the phoe either the Friday or Saturday. When I enquired the Saturdey and the Monday, they dit have stck of the welcome packs. I asked them to cancel it then to enable me to take out a new contract at another Vodacom branch but was told that the contract was already activated without my signature and that I can't get the welcome pack now. I reqeusted them to cancel the contract and followed up on a daily.basis which after 10 days they informed that the contract qas now cancelled Huge was my surprise when my debit order went through 1 Nov with more than R4500 more than normal. Upon enquiry I found out that Woodlands Vodacom 4 u actually debited my account with R15332 for a new device which I have nevee signed for or received. When doin the cancellation, Vodacom 4 u Woodlands only credited my account for R11431 instead of the full R15332 leaving me with my ccount in arrears. Now, 10 days after lodging a dispute, the issue on my account is still not resolved. Thanks Vodacom, Thanks, Your service is actually getting worse than you reception which is already poor. Wonder what it will take for Vodacom to fix this. Maybe just take out the new contract at one of the other service supplies who is very eager to assist and then moving all contracts away from Vodacom and maybe do the same inone of the largest constuction companies where I am part of top management....l
