Incompetence of staff members

So disappointed with service rendered by the staff of vodacom. Its almost two weeks I app**** for the phone via online and it was approved instantly. Sadly the phone which I first app**** for received sms that it was out of stock meaning it might take a while for it to be delivered. Later on I made a call to vodacom just checking either if the phones were because of the colour ao all together there is no stock,only to be told gore there is no stock but then I got an offer that they can offer me this one and I agree immediately told to wait 72hours for the items to be delivered which I didn't have a problem with. Now on Tuesday the courier was suppose to deliver the items but only to release that staff member from vodacom has captured my address incorrectly. I the phoned vodacom not once but three times to make sure that the sort it out or correct the error that they made from they side .promised that it will b sorted or updated after 24hours . Three days past no communication whatsoever from vodacom I then took it upon my self to make a call only to find out that even now the mistake which was made from their side its still not fixed! Do I deserve this ? The incompetence of the staff member and the sad part is all of them they pass the buck instant of taking ownership. Better of if the contract be cancelled I truly don't deserve I mean for almost two week 😤
