INCOMPETENCE …LEADING TO DISHONESTY ??

NM118950-7 and NM088710-2

Our company has been a Vodacom customer for many years; initially through their re-seller, Nashua Mobile.

When Nashua Mobile shut down in Feb 2015, we were forced in to a direct relationship with Vodacom and were assured that current contracts would continue under the same terms and conditions after the transition.

Two of our company’s invoices have always been received via email – both before and after the transition – which is our preference. We have NEVER received any invoices in the post - nor have we ever requested it.

It turns out that there are signs of dishonesty here. Nashua Mobile never charged us for “Postal Delivery” at R 22.80 a month, yet Vodacom is doing that.

It seems we’ve been cheated out of about [ R 22.80 x two lines x 18 months =] R 820.80.

After many months of arguing with Vodacom regarding this matter and being told ridiculous and fabricated excuses, they have done nothing but duck, dive, pass the back, and ignored emails.
