Incompetence is an understatement at this branch

I understand why you guys have the rating you have when consultants can’t even get a simple contract add on right it’s shocking and to make it worse I had to cancel because I’ve been quoted on the wrong item after visiting the store multiple times and even had to find out the correct item description as they couldn’t even understand what items were loaded on their system I have been loyal pay on time and always try to add on items but after my contract end I will definitely move my service atleast I know I will get **** service elsewhere I was in denial to think I will not get **** service from you and the store is @ Vodacom 4U Cavendish Square The incompetence is astounding but what do you care right as a Vodacom brand you only fix temporary not permanent that is the new service level we can expect from businesses in today’s time
