Incompetence in handling cancellation

We have a Vodacom contract that expired at the begining of 2020. IN May 2020 we noticed that Vodacom was still deducting money from our bank account and we contacted Vodacom asking for the line to be cancelled. We couldnt even find the sim that they were debiting for. We called Vodacom atleast 3 times during the course of the year and we were told that the cancellation was done. We sent emails and provided all the required information. To our surprise the account continued to be debited over and over again. In January 2021 we were surpised to receive an SMS to say that data was being activated on the number we requested closed. Once again we called, spending hours on the phone with the customer care line at vodacom. We were told the number was blocked. To our surprise a whopping R2000 was deducated from our bank account once again. What is this a ****? I called asking why my account was being debited for a line we had requested canceled in May last year and i was told that the matter was being resolved. When we were busy with our upgrade we once again checked and we were told this was resolved, this morning we received an sms stating R4000 would be deducted from our bank account. I want to make it cleatr that under no circumstances can you deduct any money related to a line i asked to be cancelled in MAY!!!!! I have been told over and over that the matter would be resolved and the monies deducated would be refunded instead this amount keeps growing. I demand answers. We have called, emailed and pleaded to no avail. Im left with no choice but to complain on every platform known to man about this behavior. I will repeat this, under no circumstances can you deduct R4000 from my account, and I demand a refund.
