Incompetence. I cant reconnect my service cos people have gone home

I had an overdue balance on my vodacom fibre contract which was due on the 18th and i settled it this morning. Went on to call vodacom at 8am this morning to reconnect my service and they confirmed they picked up my payment on the system and my fibre services would be connected. Lo and behold i get home at 5h30 this afternoon and nothing has been done. Call the call centre and after holding for 6mins i get transferred to the technical department. After 10mins being tolf the system is slow the guy tells me he cant reconnect my service only people in back office can and they have left the office at 5pm. So what must i do now? When will my services be reconnected? Oh no he tells me they get in at 8am but i must check them at 8h15 cos people get in and make coffee. Im so irritated by the service i got! Wow!!!

Reviewer Update
24 hours later, an update: So after calling again at 8h30am this morning and being sent from pillar to post, finally got someone to assist me and they promised within 4hours the issue would be resolved and i would be back up and running. To my shock and horror i get home at 6pm and still no wifi. On the phone right now and have been put on hold for the past 17mins and counting :-( Unreal levels of bad service. Wow!
