Incompetence from. Voda store and vodacom4u musgrave

Went to two stores at Musgrave center Vodacom 4u store 21/11/2023 Voda Shop 24/11/2023

Was unhappy with customer service and canceled my contract..

I made payments R2844.00 twice. One payment at vodacom4u Musgrave, manager Fathima. Kiara displays pathetic customer service. The second payment at vodashop musgrave, store manager clowie. Payment made again R2844. 00. Due to the *********** service of not following my request, I was unable to complete my contract request.

I requested for a refund from the monies paid R2844.00

No refund receievd as yet.

Please could I get assistance in my refund. Asa0
