Incompetence compounds *****.

An existing Vodacom data contract was **********ly upgraded. I duly submitted all relevant documentation as requested, 08-03-2017, also requesting a refund and cancellation of contract, old and new. On 22-03-2017 Vodacom responded: "no device deal", but no refund, still being charged. Phoned Vodacom 10-05 to follow up, and was told to resubmit all documents. I refused as they had already acknowledged the *****! I was told to call the forensic department. The landline went straight to voicemail: "This mailbox is full and cannot accept anymore messages. Goodbye."! The mobile didn't event connect. This is how Vodacom treats a customer of 20+ years! Utterly sinful!

Although it has taken a long time to sort the problem out, it has been attended to. I have as yet not received any evidence of a refund, though. I am still awaiting that. Also, I do not like the fact that I have been asked to sign an "early cancellation" form. I neither took out the contract, nor cancelled it.
