INCOMPETENCE // BAD SERVICE

Vodacom is the worst service provider and call centre agents are ***********. Called in on Tuesday to do a number swap on one of my contracts. Vanessa changed / cancelled the wrong number, in fact she cancelled the main number !! Three days later still not resolved. Absolutely useless !! Nonhlanhla Masemola is trying her best to get the cancellation reversed which Vanessa stuffed up. I cannot deal with such incompetence and poor service. Red Premium Package means nothing 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡
