Incompetence , Bad language,

Consultants at both vodacom stores in canal walk not trained properly. Had a woman consultant swearing at a fellow worker right in front of me in the vodacom data store canal walk. Another male consultant at the data store bad mouthing the other vodacom store in the mall saying they have no idea what they are doing meanwhile he couldnt do his work properly. The staff are childish and unable to perform simple tasks expected of them. Both canal walk stores did not give correct paper work either. They even made my wife cry from frustration because the service was so poor.<br> <br> Will never go back to those stores again and will be leaving vodacom.
