Incompetence at vodacom

After months of trying to get information about an accout showing on my credit report . I have finally decided to showcase your incompetence .

There is an account I have no knowledge of showing in arrears on my credit report. I dont have the details and everytime I call in I fail verification because i can't remember the details. I just need to know when was this account opened and how can I settle it
