Incompetence at its best.
Why is it so difficult for Vodacom to get something right?
Log into my account now, states in arrears, with a zero balance due, so it is apparently in arrears, yet I apparently dont have an amount due to pay????
How does that work?
Can someone just give me a cancellation quote, let me just cancel my stuff with Vodacom and move on with my life, this is just utterly ridiculous I unfortunately cannot deal with the dumbness any longer!
So now Vodacom needs to prove to me where this arrears is, why my account says in arrears, yet the account shows no balance due to the arrears period,
I think it is time to just escalate this to Icasa.
