Incompetence at it`s best

In may 2018 I had an unauthorized debit order of R 262.86 and R 97.85 go off my account upon investigation with the bank I was advised it was Vodacom. I then went to their Eastrand mall shop to find out what contract they were talking about as I have never been a Vodacom customer. I was advised there was a contract taken out my name and that is what the debits were for. I went to the police station to report this as advised by the consultants I then submitted the affidavit at Eastrand mall, they then supp**** me with the documents used to apply for the contract and none of those things were mine.I have submitted the affidavit at two different Vodacom stores and none of them have helped me in anyway I then personally emailed to ********** but I have had no response. Today I took it upon myself to follow up and I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Craig who who tried to help but then later advised since the contract was taken out at their cresta store I should go report it there. This leaves me wondering what has been happening over the few months what the people I have been talking to have been doing and who mends their mailboxes as I have never received a reply on my affidavit. How such a big corporation can expect me as a "customer" to run to where the account was taken up , that just makes no sense in such a technological age . I don't blame this Craig guy for his ignorance of sending me to another store to try and resolve the problem it just shows the culture of the employer of shifting the blame and having no clear internal procedures for dealing with such issues. I refuse to believe that in the history of Vodacom I am the first person that this has happened to my question then becomes how was that resolved. The treatment I have received from Vodacom over the last few months has left very little to be desired, I am inconvenienced yet again as I now have to place a stop payment on the debit order at my cost yet again how people continue to do business with this F***ed up of a company is beyond me.
