INCOMPETENCE AND THEFT BY VODACOM

I do have two business contracts with Vodacom. (1) The fist contract expired on 16/10/2021 and the 2nd number on 06/01/2022. I have been trying to downgrade my Flexi175 since Oct 2021 without success as neither Vodacom customercare nor any Vodashop in my area seems to be able to assist me and the charging on my account continues.

I was issued with an incorrect invoice in Dec 2021 to the value of R 1863-00 which I immediately queried. After obtaining the statements for the past 12 months I realized that I have been charged for additional Flexi60 contract which expired when I upgraded in Sept 2019 and that an amount of R60 was charged to my account on and off randomly without me knowing for the past 12 - 24 months.

I sent a mail to *** with no response to date ( 11/01/2022) to request that the extra contract added be removed and that my first contract be downgraded to a Flexi65 - no response from Vodacom since 2 Dec 2021.

Now my account is again charged with R 689-00 which again include the extra contract amount and I refuse to make payment until they resolve the issue.

I called *** to resolve the issue and was told - " sorry first pay the outstanding amount before we can help you".

This is blatant daylight theft and *********. Their incompetence is generating money every month and there is nobody who can assist or resolve the matter. It seems as if Customer care dissolved and do not exist anymore.

Tried the secure chat line but there I am being told my ID nr (same as per their records) is incorrect and they cannot assist me.

ALL THEY GOOD AT IS AUTHENTICATING AND ZERO SEFVICE BEYOND THAT

BE CAREFUL - YOU ARE PAYING FOR WHAT YOU DONT NEED OR USE ??
