Incompetence accuring bad credit rating

Vodacom has now recruited small mobile companies to get more clients, I received a call from Elite mobile, offering me a Nokia 1 and airtime for R79, I told the lady I had a contract and was not thinking of another contract, I was enticed with a free phone and airtime for my R79. The next day I received a call from elite mobile saying that I didn’t qualify for a R79 contract so, it will now be R119 per month, and I will receive a Nokia 1 and R119 airtime. I made sure there was more than R119 in my bank account. On the 16th of August 2018 my first subscription went off my account, it was for R217. I call elite mobile ask them what is going on, they say I must speak to vodacom billings department as Elite does not do the billing. I spoke to Vodacom, asked Mpho in aftersales why the debit order was R217 and not R119, and why I was not told about it, she said that I was charged a connection and online shoppers does not pay a connection fee. I explained to her that I did not shop online , but received a call from Elite mobile, she said it fall under the online department. Said they would refund my bounced debit order fees by a deduction in my new months subscription which is to be on the 16th of September 2018. I then asked her how do I arrange for debit order to rerun for the August subscription that bounced, she did she would get someone to call me back. It is the 31st of August no one has called me, I had R156 in that account waiting to new debit order date which is supposed to be the 16th, however today afternoon of 31st August 2018 they debited the account with R318, I am so fed up of people who do not follow through with their work, and mess with peoples credibility. I wish for Vodacom do give me what they enticed me with, and keep my credit record clean, or take me of this contract, take their used phone back and stay out of my bank account. Mpho in aftersales, I had faith in you, I thought at last here is a parson who will do their job, to my dismay you turned out to be a disappointment too. Awaiting for a positive result please.
