Incompetence

<p>my cel no has been admin locked for a while for reasons unknown. my account is up to date. I contacted Vodacom last week and got nowhere. they kept puting me through different people which made me very irate. I called them again yesterday and got a reference no and was told that my no would be working within 24 hours as it was under forensic review!!!! seriously!!! 24 hours have come and gone and still nothing!! i need to make phone calls but can't. This is not the first time i've had issues with Vodacom, the last time both me and my daughter had 1GB data missing and all my airtime gone. I'm not sure what they're hiring nowadays but the staff and totally ***********. I'm tied in to a contrac or I would run for the hills. </p>
