Incompetence
Kindly note that I cancelled my Vodacom contract on 26 June 2019. Sim card no *** cancellation no ***. However I noticed on 1 July 2019, that my Wi-fi was loaded with 10 gigs anytime and 10 gigs midnight to 05h00. I was sent a quote for the above-mentioned upgrade on 5 June 2019. I never responded to the quote because, I did not accept the quote (the midnight to 05h00 does not suit my requirements). I would like to know who gave permission to activate the quote without my permission.
