Incompetence

I got a new phone on the 3/06/2016 and was not happy with the phone. I called the call center and they advised that I can change it for another phone as I am still within my 7 day return period. I called the vodacom store at the Glen to let let them know and Jana also advised me that I can change it provided it is on a contract of the same value. She also advised that the phone would need to be sent in to be tested to see that there is no problem with the phone. Phone came back with no problem and I was told that it can't be changed because there is no fault with it. I told them that it is exactly why it was sent in. I advised that I am going to escalate the matter. I was then called last week and advised that they are sending the phone to Samsung and I would be kept up to date. Still waiting for any form of communication. The only info I get is if I query. It's been almost a month and I sill have no phone or feedback. I however need to pay a monthly fee for something that I do not have.
