INCOMPETENCE

Every time, I think this is sorted out it keeps surfacing. I would have paid any outstanding fees that I owe If ever I genuinely owe any money. I decided to close down my contract with vodacom because I longer wanted to pay accounts. I called vodacom to shut down my account.

I was given a quotation by vodacom indicating the amount I needed to pay in order to close it down. I was asked to send through my ID copies and proof of payment. I did exactly that. Vodacom never processed my request on time. They then handed my account over to burnadraaf. Even before I found out they had handed over my account to Burnadraaff, I called to confirm my account was cancelled they assured me it was.

Months down the line I go to my bank news surface that I owe vodacom money. HOw???

I call vodacom they tell me it was handed over to debt-collectors.

I ask how and even went through the whole process of showing I paid on time and that someone never processed it on time. I received a settlement letter from vodacom I send it to burnadraaff. I speak to consultant8. I have no idea who that is. I have emails to proof I did.

Today, I receive an sms from the debt collectors telling me legal action will be taken.

I call burnadraaff, I am told the consultant I was talking to is no longer working there. Whos fault is that?

Where are all the recorded phone call conversations I have had with both these parties?

Next Time I receive another sms I will find out that I still owe something else. Because today I owe the legal fees according to a Sherl I talked to.

What else is going to surface at a later stage.?

First of all my account was not suppose to be sent through to debt collectors in the first place.

Someone's incompetence is costing me big time.
