Incompetence

I dropped my phone at voda shop in Cresta for repairs. I completed the insurance claim form and since i did not have an alternative number, i left my email and my work phone for contact purposes.

4days later i check the progress of the repairs and I was told nothing has been done since i did not answer my phone!! What phone i ask? Seeing there is no such, the story was changed and i was told i did not respond to my email. I confirm i have responded, twice already!

Another 4days pass and I call to check the progress. Again i'm told the same story about the call and the email. I inform the agent i have dealt with that before and must proceed with the repairs.

I call again the following day to check if all was processed. Nothing!! The same phone call and email story, AGAIN!! So...to this day, my phone, which is a business phone, is yet to be booked in....10days later!!
