On Wednesday 02nd March 2016 I called Vodacom call centre due to a problem we are experiencing at the office where we are not able to receive or make calls and receive messages. I requested for the agent that I spoke to; Gabriel to make a note to say they should utilize the office landline when they call me back however yesterday I got a notification of a voicemail which I could only listen to when I got home from a Vodacom technician informing me that they were trying to reach me. I mean what kind of incompetence is this, I log a call to say our phones do not work and they should utilize the landline to call back however this person has the audacity to call the very numbers that are out of service. Is this his way to close the call with comments that \customer was not contactable\" this is quite annoying as we are consultants and we rely on our business phones to conduct business. I called Vodacom again this morning and was informed that the technician tried the landline and the number was engaged the entire time which is unlikely as I was at my desk and used the landline to a minimum. When I asked for contact detail I was just given the following response \"yes I have the contac"
