Incompetant & Bad attitude - Phone reactivation

Firstly as I stopped at the store a Gentleman Henry who seemed very friendly offered to help. He was training a new girl with a terrible attitude, which I am not sure belongs in the business as I as the customer had to re-explain what she needs to do.

My forms for reactivation had to be filled out, a copy of the sim cards and faxed to vodacom head office for reactivation.

After a struggle with the girl who then threw an attitude towards Henry in the shop in front of me (the customer) about what a bad teacher he is, I eventually had to assist her with what he asked her to do. Its really not rocket science!

At this time Henry was at the back for his lunch break which I have no problem with. They took the forms and faxed them to Vodacom. I paid for the 2 sim cards and he said if it doesnt work I must fax the forms. I dont feel its my duty to do their job though.

We have now been phoning both Vodacom and Chatz Gezina daily and the forms have yet to reach Vodacom. Nothing has been done and when I phone Henry gives us lip and bad attitude about the situation.

Vodacom was fast to blacklist my phones but now I am struggling to get them working again after R9000 arrears paid
