Incompetant and unproffesional consultatnts

The most incompetant and unproffesional consultatnts. Trying to report ***** on my acount because it was hacked and numbers changed, I was send from pillar to post. It is very difficult for the consultants to listen what the complaint is. I am busy cancelling all my contract with Vodaom
