Incompetancy of Vodacom

Vodacom powerflex is a *****elant deal. There is no way that you can get support from Vodacom. I took out powerflex contract. It worked fine for the first month. The next month the debit order went off but they did not gave me my data nor the airtime. This lasted for 6 weeks. All of a sudden it just work again. No appology or any compensation for my loss and incovenience. Now 2 months down the line it is the same storry again. I am verry disapointed and Vodacom should be asshamed off such poor service. The public should know about the way they are treating there customers. There is away to improve there service. It only depends on there commitment to do so.
