incompetance & call center bad attitude
I went into the Vodacom shop at Reds Mall in Centurion to do a SIM swop on my daughters cell no. after she was smashed & grabbed. So the sales person does a SIM swop on my no. instead of my daughters no. leaving us both without working phones for the night. lovely 2 women without a means of contacting someone for help if it was needed. so when I call for help. my cell phone no can be relinked to my old SIM, but my daughters no now can't be linked to the SIM that we purchased, we have to go back to the shop & buy another SIM. try explaining that I am in JHB with no car & my daughter is in PTA with no phone access. & my daughter can't do anything anyway without my ID doc. the call centers attitude is.. if you can't go today, go tomorrow!

well lady I have been. if the sales people would concentrate on what they are doing & not talking to other sales people, they might do better jobs & not leave people without the service they are paying for.

my daughter has been traumatized enough by the smash & grab experience, the police cross questioning her as if she is falsely reporting a crime. I am facing great, unneeded expenses & losses. & Vodacom just adds to the problems. THANK YOU
