Incompatence from Vodacom repair centre

My phone started dropping Wi-Fi connection so I handed it in at Vodashop Tygervalley for repairs. A month later I received the phone back only to discover that my charging port closure was damaged. They wanted me to book the phone in again for this to be fixed and explained that the whole panel had to be replaced. I refused as I was already left without a phone for a whole month. I then went to the Samsung shop in Tygervalley and they replaced the \flap"alone within seconds for R150. I contacted the repairs manager for a refund of this amount as they were responsible for the damage but they refused to compensate me.<br> <br> Now suddenly the phone keeps on randomly restarting and freezing"
