Incoming Calls

Since I ported from Cell C to Vodacom a good couple of people are unable to call my number. It doesnt ring and instead they hear a beeping sound. I have bought this to the attention of Autopage who have done everything in there power to rectify the problem but unfortunately the problem persists. I urgently need to have this problem resolved as this is a business contract.
