Incoming call records
On 09/10/2022 I went to a Vodashop to request an itemised bill showing incoming calls for the month of July 2022 for one of my contract numbers. They said it will be R17 for the report??? When I received the report it showed outgoing calls only. I contacted customer care on 082135 on 18/10/2022 and they told me that I cannot get a report of incoming call. How is it possible to not be able to get incoming calls on my own number?
