Incoming call list

I urgently need a list of incoming calls to my cell between 2018-02-08 and 2018-02-13. I was told when I phoned 114 that I can only obtain a list if there is a ***** case opened at the police. This is unacceptable. I use my phone for work and important issues needs to be solved, proof of calls made to me needs to be proved to resolve the matter. Surely as a life long client this shouldn't be a problem.
