Income depends on deleted cell number
I've been a loyal customer to Vodacom for over 13 years, my husband was retrenched and things got hard. I fell behind with my contract payments and Vodacom suspended my service and deleted my number, this was not even a week ago. I have requested If there is a plan to activate my number and they told me it's off the system and will be issued to someone else. I'm making payment plans as best as I can but why can't we get the option to change to prepaid or something. I've had this number for almost half my life and business depends on it. Please is there no way I can get my old number back?
