Incident 778881 Complaint
So ****ed with Vodacom Business Support now, there is a guy called Ruben who also hangs up my phone everytime i call. One day he made me hold for over an hour. All i want is my wifi to work, but that has taken over a week to resolve now. A technician was also also around my area yesterday but i was not assisted. Also a guy called Tebogo Saka i have sent him emails and he doesn't bother responding, now my business is on hold due to their ignorance.

22 Dec 2023, 16:03I post again disappointed with Vodacom, can you guys please assist with cancelation of this contract as it is useless having to pay while there is no service/network for the whole month. I'm so ****en ****ed having to contact you guys everyday while no one is willing to assist.
