Incappable of sorting out a problem Vodacom created
I signed a contract with Chatz Mall@Reds on 22 February 2014 where I received My Gig 1 INCENTIVE BUNDLE MONTH-MONTH for the whole duration of the 24 months - I never had a day's problem. Transaction: 59891 - Doc# IN ********** 056774 - Chatz Mobile - Mall@Reds in Raslouw. I have send my 'Vodacom_June 2014" invoice to show you what I received for the duration of the contract (24months). - Every month this was included - as per my contract. After this 24months, when I was due for another upgrade I wanted to cancel with Vodacom as I could get better rates at other Service Providers (I've been a truthful client to Vodacom since 2004), so I phoned the cancellations department. I spoke to a consultant who convinced me to stay with Vodacom as he will give me a Samsung S6 Edge and also keep the 1 Gig as per my previous contract. - I've asked Vodacom to check their recordings linked to the following invoice : 'Vodacom Upgrade_22.02.16 Invoice and Order Number: U939122 - Printed by FIONAM (Maybe this name would help them) On my March 2016 Invoice (Start of the new Contract): My Gig 1 Incentive Bundle Month-Month. - On the invoice and Not Charged - R0.00 - Exactly as it is suppose to be. The Second month on the contract (April2016) my data is gone - I had to phone and advise that it was included on the contract. The Third month on the contract (May2016) I received it back. The 4th month (June2016) I was charged for it AGAIN!! From thereon (August2016) someone decided to change it to 1GB Promo 12Months - this went on till June 2017 - my data was gone again. Please note that I never signed up for 12MOnths - my Contract is a duration of 24months and 1 GB Promo was promised to me for the duration of my contract - 24months. If I knew I was going to go through all of this trouble and money just taken from me I would have rather just passed this opportunity as it now has become such a burden I just want to get rid of this contract. But yet again it is going to cost me and Vodacom will be smiling. Since the start of May2017's Invoices I'm also being charged for My Minutes 100 Month-Month?? It was on my contract since the beginning but was put as a discount - all of a sudden the discount has been removed and I am now paying for this as well. R95.61 (I have logged calls for this numerous times) - Not sorted out. On my August Bill there was once again charges for 1GB Promo as I went to Chatz Mobile in Mall@Reds in July to ask for a copy of the contract I initially signed for the 1GB Promo Month-Month. The Gentleman there said it is not necessary he will add it for me as I am struggling with Vodacom for such a long to sort this out. Needless to say I was Charged by Vodacom ONCE AGAIN Pro-Rata and a full month on my August Bill. There was also subscription Charges which I am waiting for Vodacom to let me know who it is for as I never subscribed to anything. There was also Airtime Transfer of R263.16 exl Vat which I LUCKILY received a R300 credit for after a struggle as I have not did any transfers. After such a long struggle a lady Kenilwe helped me and eventually gave me my 1GB back (not to mention I never received a credit for the 1GB they wrongfully charged me) - Ref: 1- ********** ********** . This was on 5 October. This morning 06/11/2017 I see that they JUST TOOK IT AWAY again. Back to square ONE. On 30 October 2017 I phoned Vodacom to cancel the 100Minutes they are charging me for as I am also not supposed to pay for this. I cancelled it, will go without it as I cannot see why I should pay. I am very disappointed in the service I received in the last year and a half to sort out this problem and it is as if Vodacom just doesn't care as I am just a number to them. Seeing that I am on a debit order Vodacom can carelessly just take your money and doesn't care if he was in the wrong. Vodacom has caused me so much anger and desperation. I cannot believe that a small problem like this could not be sorted out after so many hours on the phone with them.
