Inappropriate deceit

Greetings Dear Sir/Madam upon calling was informed to come in and upon visiting Vodacom repair centre at centurion was informed to bring charger along to book the phone in and the charger was tested and returned. When going back and returning was now informed they need a proof of purchase by Mr Andrew. Donot understand my phone is a business contract as Mr Codey enlightened Mr Andrew my contract started on 2017/12/24 as viewed on the computer system. Hence cannot understand the inappropriate deceit and the inconvenience caused as my phone is under warranty as per your system. To upgrade you don't require a proof of purchase only to repair had I been informed from inception would have brought all this along. Kicking client from pillar to post not ethical as basic business morals and scruples are surely lacking. Thank you for the inconvenience.
