Inactive Vodacom Social Ticket
I am very disturbed with vodacom's after sales service. I bought a Vodacom social ticket a week ago and it's not working. I tried phoning the Vodacom customer care the whole week but all i get is a chat robot that tells me he cannot help me with my problem. Can we not get help anymore on Vodacom customer care service. I am extremely angry.
