INACCURATE INFORMATION

I went to the Vodacom Shop in Parow Centre to book in my Nokia Lumia 530 which has display problems (white lines across the screen) and which also cannot perform an update because there is no memory (yet there's nothing on the phone). I was assisted by Garth who insisted on a software update and having worked in repairs/servicing before I know that this is not the only alternative. My phone was booked in for servicing. This was on Saturday. It is now WEDNESDAY and my handset is still laying at that store. Somerset West Vodacare has not yet received it. Come on Vodacom is this the best that you can do? I want this escalated to higher level repairs. The handset isn't even 6 months yet and already its faulty. Apparently my handset is out of warranty but I bought it at Vodacom Canal Walk on 25 November 2014 (because there's no activation date) but I've used a Vodacom SIM inside that phone since day one. Pathetic. Pathetic.
