Inability to service clients properly

I hate doing this, but it seems this is the only way one get things done.<br> Booked in my wife's phone at Sandton VodaCare for repairs on Monday. Explained to the lady that i think the device overheats as it randomly switches off and doesnt came back on for some time. I told her i bought a new battery and it does the exact same thing. Did a follow up today as i have not heard back from the store since only to be told my battery is fault and i need to buy a new one. Really? Did they not listen to me? I told them they need to test the device with multiple batteries as i have done this with a new battery, to which they said i needed to bring the new battery too when booking it in, why didnt you tell me this when i booked in the device? Its only 7 months old anyway... I asked them to keep the device and test it properly as i dont want to waste time collecting it then only taking it back again. What happened to decent service in this country? Booked in ref at Sandton VodaCare ***4. PS. I then tried to phone Vodacom Customer Care to escalate this matter to which i was told to send an email rather... This seems easier...
