Inability to resolve query

As from yesterday, Wednesday, my phone is on a "no service" status and therefore I don't have any reception: can't make any calls/sms's and cannot receive any calls/sms's.

I got through to Customer Care yesterday morning at approx. 7:15 and explained my dilemma. They advised that someone would contact me at 12:00 and 15:00 to advise whether the issue has been resolved. At 11:00 I proceeded to contact Customer Care again to find out whether there was any progress on this matter. During early afternoon, I went to the Vodashop at Woodlands to do a SIM swop (as I thought this could be the issue) where the consultant advised that due to the open query, she could not assist. As nobody contacted me at 15:00, I phoned Customer Care yet again and spoke to a different consultant where I had to explain the entire situation again. The consultant's accent was really bad and it was incredibly difficult to figure out what he was saying. I could however fathom that my situation would be resolved within 24hours.

It is now PAST 24 hours. I phoned yet again this morning. This consultant told me she will contact the department to close the log. When proceeding to ask if I could contact them, she told me she can't give me the number.

No one can assist me due to this open query, and no one can assist me in closing it!! I'm sorry, but you cannot tell me, due to an open query no one else can assist????!!!

NOW THIS IS MY SITUATION:

I have my own business. And my phone is crucial to my business. At this point in time, I have NOT had any resolution to my issue; no one can tell me "what the next step is". My account is up to date, so I don't know what is the issue. Except for the fact, that I am losing business.

I WILL be sending Vodacom a bill for MY expense and loss of income due to their inability to resolve my query. I am irate because no one can assist.

This is the reference I received: ********** ********** 6

WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE RESOLVED?????
